摘要
目的:建立测定左归丸中梓醇含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为EclipseXDB-C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(0.7:99.3,V/V),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为210nm,进样量为5μl。结果:梓醇检测质量浓度在0.0067~0.2160mg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.72%(n=5)。结论:该方法快速、简便,结果准确、可靠,可以用于左归丸中梓醇的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the content determination of catalpol in Zuogui pills.METHODS:RP-HPLC system was used.The determination was performed on Eclipse XDB-C 18 column with acetonitrile-water(0.7:99.3,V/V) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and injection volume was 5 μl.RESULTS:The linear range of catalpol was 0.006 7-0.216 0 mg/ml(r=0.9996)with an average recoveries of 98.5%(RSD=1.72%,n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for the content determination of catalpol in Zuogui pills.
