摘要
用反相ＨＰＬＣ以水－乙腈（９６：４）为流动相，检测波长２１０ｎｍ，对咽喉康口服液中梓醇含量进行了检测，其保留时间为５．９６０分，平均加样回收率为９９．１２％，ＲＳＤ为１．４０％。本检测方法简便快速，准确可靠。
Using reversed-phase HPLC atλ=210nm with water-acetenitrile (96:4)as a flow phase,catalpol content in Yanhoukang oral liquid was estimated.Theretention time was 5.960 minutes with an average recovery of 99.12%,and RSD1.4%,The data suggested that the assay was simple but accurate.
