摘要
目的:建立补气养血汤中梓醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以乙腈—水(0.5∶99.5)为流动相,210nm为检测波长,对补气养血汤中梓醇含量进行了测定。结果:此方法的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.79%,补气养血汤中梓醇的含量不少于0.3152m g/mL,其保留时间为18.50min。结论:本方法操作简便,快捷,准确,可用于该制剂的初步质量控制。
Objective. To establish the determination standards of Catalpol in the decoction for replenishing Qi and nourishing blood. Methods ：We used high performance liquid chromatography at 210nm with acetonitrile-water （0.5：99.5） as a mobilephase to determine the content of Catalpol. Results：The average recovery was 99. 9% and RSD was 1. 79%, and the content of Catalpol in the decoction for replenishing Qi and nourishing blood was no less than 0. 3152mg/mL , the retention time was 18. 50 minutes. Conclusion：The methods is simple, quick, accurate and can be used for the prelimary quality control of the decoction for replenishing Qi and nourishing blood.
