复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片的制备及质量评价 被引量:3

摘要 制备复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片并对其进行质量评价。采用薄膜包衣技术,制备复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片,然后对其外观、崩解时限、含量、抗热性、抗湿性及抗磨性等质量指标进行研究。结果实验结果表明,复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片没有明显变化,复方对乙酰氨基酚片的外观由白色逐渐变成微红、暗红色;抗热性及抗湿性试验表明在60℃温度下的复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片的主药含量比基本没有明显变化,复方对乙酰氨基酚片的主药含量下降明显;抗磨性试验表明复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片优于素片。复方对乙酰氨基酚薄膜衣片的制备工艺简单,容易操作,质量稳定。 To prepare film coating of compound paracetamol tablets and further evaluate its quality, the film coating of compound paracetamol tablets was prepared by using water -film coating method, and then some quality items such as the appearance, disintegration time limited, the main components, heat resistance moisture resistance and abrasive resist- ance of the film coating tablets were intensively investigated. The film coating of compound paracetamol tablets not only had a gloosy surface and dissolving of tablet, but also was superior to the compound paraeetamol tablets in properties of the appearance, disintegration time limited, heat resistance, moisture resistance and abrasive resistance. The film coating of compound paracetamol tablets had simple preparation process and good stability.
