聚乳酸可吸收薄膜对可吸收螺纹桩封闭性能的微渗漏研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:评价聚乳酸(PLA)可吸收薄膜对可吸收螺纹桩与根管壁间的封闭性能。方法:选择36个完整离体上颌中切牙,常规根管治疗术后,随机取3个样本作为阴性对照(E组),其余33个样本随机分为A、B、C 3个实验组(n=10)和1个阳性对照组(D组,n=3),行桩道预备后,A组:采用可吸收薄膜固位封闭PLA可吸收螺纹桩;B组:采用双固化树脂粘结玻璃纤维桩;C组:采用玻璃离子粘结金属螺纹桩;D组:不行桩修复。各组处理后,样本牙浸泡于印度墨水72 h后纵向剖开,体视显微镜下观察和测量各剖面微渗漏情况,并进行统计分析。结果:D组微渗漏累及整个桩道;E组无微渗漏。A、B、C组微渗漏(mm)分别为1.30±0.77、0.50±0.45、1.47±0.41,B组与A、C组相比有统计学意义(P=0.002),A、C组相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.246)。结论:PLA薄膜具有可吸收性且根管壁间的封闭性能与玻璃离子粘结剂相当。 AIM: To investigate the sealing capability of endodontically treated teeth restored with polylatic acid( PLA) absorbable post and membrane. METHODS: 36 extracted maxillary central incisors were used. 3 incisors were untreated as the negative controls( group E),33 teeth were chemomechanically prepared and filled with gutta-percha and sealer. The teeth in group A( n = 10) were restored with PLA absorbable post and membrane,those in group B( n = 10) with fiber post cemented by Resi Lute,a kind of dual cure resin cement,in group C( n = 10) with metal screw post cemented by glass ionomer cement( GIC). Then the teeth in group A,B and C were restred with post,3 teeth without post in group D were used as the positive controls. All teeth were separately immersed in Indian ink for 72 h. Buccolingual sections were made through the vertical axis of the specimens and a stereomicroscope was used to evaluate the deepest length of dye penetration. The Kruskal- Wallis H nonparametric test was used to determine intergroup difference. RESULTS: No micrdeakage was observed in group E and microleakage covered the whole post space in group D. A statistically significant difference of microleakage was observed among the three tested groups( P = 0. 002). Group B had the lowest microleakage( 0. 50 + 0. 45) mm,followed by Group A( 1. 30 + 0. 77) mm and Group C( 1. 47 + 0. 41) mm. But no significant difference was observed between Group A and Group C( P = 0. 246).CONCLUSION: The sealing capability of PLA is comparable with that of glass ionomer cement.
