摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方对乙酰氨基酚分散片的含量。方法:选用Spherisob-CN色谱柱,乙腈-水-冰醋酸(30:70:1),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0ml·min-1。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在1.267-5.069μg范围内呈线性关系;氯唑沙宗在0.978-3.910μg范围内呈线性关系。结论:该法具有准确、简便、快速、灵敏等特点。
Objective: A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of Compound paracetamol dispersible tablets. Methods: The determination was carried out with Spherisob-CN column,using acetoni-trile-water-glacial acetic acid (30:70 :1)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was controlled at 1ml · min-1 and detected wavelength at 280nm. Result: The linear range of paracetamol was from 1. 267 to 5. 069μg and the linear range of Chlorzoxazone was from 0. 9776 to 3. 9104 μg. Conclusions: This HPLC method was precise efficient,fast,as well as sensitive.
