摘要
目的建立测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中水杨酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:SHIMADZU shim-pack C18色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.1%醋酸钠溶液(冰醋酸调节pH值至3.5,30∶70);检测波长:302nm。结果水杨酸线性范围为3.025～75.625μg.mL-1(r=0.9999);回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.82%(n=9)。结论本方法准确、方便,结果满意,适用于复方对乙酰氨基酚片中水杨酸含量的测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for chloral hydrate determination in Compound Paracetamol Tablets. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out by using SHIMADZU shim-pack C18 column, and a mixture of methanol-0.1% sodium acetate （adjusted to pH 3.5 by glacial acetic acid; 30：70） was employed as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 302 nm. Results The calibration curves for chloral hydrate was linear over the range of 3. 025～75. 625μg·mL-1 （r=0. 9999）. The average recovery was 100.1%, and RSD was 0.82% （n= 9）. Conclusion This method is accurate, convenient and suitable for determination of chloral hydrate in Compound Paracetamol Tablets.
