摘要
我国基础教育是整个教育体系中的重要组成部分,决定着一个人成年后继续学习和从事生产、生活所应当获得的基础知识和基本技能,以及综合素质和可持续发展的能力。基础教育要有自身的质量评价体系,高考不能替代基础教育质量的监测与评价,社会的发展迫切需要基础教育建立自身的质量评价制度。
Basic education is a major component of China＇s education system and is decisive to a person＇s continued study, forming the basic knowledge and skill for work and life when grown-up as well as the overall qualities and the ability for a sustained development. Basic education shall have a quality ap- praisal system for itself. The entrance examination to university shall not replace the monitoring and appraisal of quality of basic education. The development of society calls for a quality appraisal system for basic education.
