摘要
教师信念是用以理解教师思考、教学实践和专业发展的重要概念,从教师信念概念的界定、教师信念影响因素、教师信念与教学实践关系、教师信念改变与教师专业化发展四个方面对国内外教师信念研究进行归类和梳理发现,教师信念的形成与变化主要受到了个人背景因素和社会环境因素影响。教师信念是教师专业发展的内在动因,而教师教学质量提升的首要条件是教师内在信念的改变。目前,我国教师信念研究缺少在对教师信念内容构成及其相互关系、从课堂决策微观层面了解教师真实信念等方面的研究,少数民族教师信念研究更是处于边缘地带。
The concept of teachers' belief is important to well understand teachers' thinking, the teaching practice and teachers' professional development. The definition of teachers' belief, the influence factors, the relationship between teachers' belief and teaching practice, the changes of teachers' belief, and teach- ers' professional development are classified and interpreted herein. It shows that the formation and chan- ges of teachers' belief are influenced by personal backgrounds and social environments. Teachers' belief is the internal driving force for their professional development, and the improvement of teaching quality is subject to the internal change of teachers' belief. However, the research on teachers' belief, esp. the belief of teachers of nationality minorities, and the relationship among the influence factors as well as teachers' true belief expressed in the class hasn't been fully carried out in China.
