摘要
教师是教育活动的组织者和引导者，教师持有什么样的教育理念，不仅直接关系着教师的教育行为，而且还间接地影响着未来教育的性质与状态。作为现代教师，要确立个性全面发展观、教育实践批判观和教育对象生命观等现代化的教育理念，而实现由外在理念到内在理念的转化，关键性中介是教师教育信念的真正形成。
Teacher, the organizer and guider of the educational activities who holds that an educational idea will not only influence his educational behavior directly, but also will influence the nature and situation of the future education indirectly. As a teacher, he should establish some medernizational education ideas such as allround development of personality, critique of educational practice, life of educational object. But the transform intermediary from outside idea into inside idea is based on the forming of educational faith.
