摘要
目的探讨分析达英-35联合二甲双胍辅助治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选择笔者所在医院2010年6月～2012年2月因PCOS就诊的的患者132例分为观察组66例与对照组66例,对照组患者服用达英-35,观察组患者服用达英-35联合二甲双胍。两组均治疗6个周期,观察比较两组患者在用药前后睾酮、促黄体生成素、血促卵泡生成、空腹胰岛素、体重指数的变化。结果观察组治疗后T、LH较对照组降低更明显,两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、FINS、BMI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后月经稀发、面部痤疮、多毛症状、卵巢体积增大、多囊性改变发生率均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍可有效改善PCOS的临床体征,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Diane-35 combined with metformin in auxiliary treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 132 women with PCOS admitted to the author＇s hospital from Jun.2010 to Feb.2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35 and the observation group was treated with Diane-35 combined with metformin.Before and after 6 months of treatment,the indexes inclusing T,LH,FSH,FINS and BMI were recored and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the leves of T and LH in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 O.05）.There were no significant differences of FSH,FINS and BM｜ between the two groups（P 〉 O.05）.The incidences of oligomenorrhea, facial acne,hirsutism,ovarian volume enlargement and polycystic change of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Diane-35 combined with metformin is effective in auxiliary treatment of PCOS,which is an ideal method for therapy.
