达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍对改善多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者内分泌变化的效果。方法对35例PCOS患者采用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,疗程为3个月经周期。比较治疗前、后血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雄激素(T)以及腰臀比(WHR)、体质量指数(BMI)的变化。结果本组患者治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T、WHR、BMI检测值低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗后月经来潮且规则,痤疮明显减轻,多毛症状亦有所减轻。结论达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS疗效好,值得临床推广。
