多囊卵巢综合征易感基因的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS）是由女性生殖内分泌和代谢功能异常导致的排卵障碍性疾病，在育龄妇女中发病率为5％-10％。PCOS存在多种远期健康风险，已经成为影响妇女身心健康和生活质量的最常见和最重要的疾病之一。PCOS的病因尚不清楚，目前，普遍认为PCOS是一种多基因遗传性疾病。PCOS发病候选基因的研究广泛，涉及生殖的多个阶段，
