摘要
本研究主要根据文献检索和作者的实践所得,对葛根的来源、主要化学成分葛根素、葛根总黄酮、大豆甙元的解热、解毒、止泻、改善心脑血管微循环、松弛血管平滑肌、降血糖的药理作用及其临床用于治疗发热、腹泻、冠心病、心肌缺血、高血压、糖尿病及其并发症等方面进行了有限的归纳与整理,以方便医务人员在今后的医疗实践或社会生活中借鉴与参考,使葛根这一天然植物的药用价值得到充分的开发与利用。
This essay has been written accoding to literature search and the author＇s own practical experiences,as a reference of working in the future medical practice and social life,it is aimed at making Gegen＇s Medicinal and economic value being widely used.This essay is roughly a summary of the pharmacological action and clinical applicationthe of Gegen.It mainly talks about the source of Gcgen.The chemical constituents of Gegen such as puerarin,pueraria flavonid and daidzeinthe.The pharmacological action of the chemical constituents of Gegen are anti- inflammatory,disintoxic ation,antidiarrheal,improving the cardiovascular and cerehrovascular microcirculation,relaxation of vascular smooth muscle,lower blood pressure and hypoglycemic.The clinical applications are the treatments of fever,diarrhea,coronary heart disease, myocardial ischemia,hypertension,diabetes and diabetic complication.
