疏风化瘀通络汤联合高压氧治疗偏头痛的效果及其对血流动力学、血镁的影响 被引量:10

Clinical effect of Shufenghuayutongluo Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treating migraine and its influence on hemodynamics and serum magnesium

摘要 目的探讨疏风化瘀通络汤联合高压氧治疗偏头痛的临床效果及其对血流动力学与血镁水平的影响。方法将60例偏头痛患者随机分为两组:治疗组30例给予服用疏风化瘀通络汤联合高压氧治疗,对照组30例给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊联合高压氧治疗。治疗1个月后比较两组临床疗效、血流动力学及血镁水平变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,优于对照组的56.67%(χ2=5.079,P<0.05)。两组治疗后大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉及椎动脉、基底动脉的平均血流速度均显著下降,且治疗组下降较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组血镁水平明显高于对照组[(1.09±0.29)mmol/L比(0.82±0.22)mmol/L,P<0.01]。两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论疏风化瘀通络汤联合高压氧可改善偏头痛患者的脑血流,增加血镁水平,提高临床疗效,无明显不良反应的发生,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shufenghuayutongluo Decoction (SFTLD) combined with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) in treating migraine and its influence on hemodynamics and serum magnesium. Methods 60 migraine patients were divided into two groups randomly: 30 cases of the treatment group received SFTLD with HBO treatment, 30 cases of the control group were given Flunarizine with HBO. The clinical effect, hemodynamics and serum magnesium in two groups were compared after treatment for one month. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 83.33%, superior to 56.67% in control group (X2=5.079,P 〈 0.05). After treatment, the average blood flow rates of ACA, MCA, PCA, BA, VA in both groups were reduced. In treatment group, the reduction were more obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01). After treatment, the level of serum magnesium in treatment group was much higher than that in control group [(1.09±0.29) mmol/L vs (0.82±0.22) mmol/L, P 〈 0.01]. There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion SFTLD with HBO can improve cerebral blood flow, increase the level of serum magnesium and improve the clinical effect. SFTLD with HBO are without adverse reaction, and worthy of clinical application.
