摘要
通过查阅文献,从关于葛根的性味归经与功效的各家注解、葛根在古代医论与医案中的应用记载、葛根的现代研究与拓展应用等几方面,总结辨析中药饮片葛根的功用和临床使用方法,并对葛根的"生津"与"升津"之争议进行研究和探讨。认为葛根的"升散之性"为其功效特色,"升津"较"生津"的作用更为明显。
The functions and clinical applications of Gegen （Radix Puerariae） were summed up from the aspects of different schools’notes on the nature, flavor, meridian entry and functions of Gegen, ancient medical theory and clinical records, and modern research and development through retrieving literature. The controversy for the actions of engendering fluid and upraising fluid of Gegen was studied and discussed. The authors think that the nature of upward dispersion is Gegen’s functional feature, so its action of upraising fluid is more significant than its action of engendering fluid.
