摘要
对紫穗槐和刺槐的木质部进行观察,通过紫穗槐和刺槐木质部中导管数量,分布,长度,直径,导管壁厚度,及木质部中纤维和射线的比较研究,发现紫穗槐的木质部中导管直径小于刺槐,刺槐中导管的密度较大,纤维的数量及直径紫穗槐明显小于刺槐,木质部中的木射线密集度紫穗槐较大.得出结论:刺槐较紫穗槐进化一些.
observation of the stem woods of Amorpha and Black Locust. comparative anatomy of quantity, Distribute, Length, Diameter, vessel element wall of vessel and the quantity, diameter. Length, distribute of fiber. And the distribute of ray. We find that the diameter of xylem is shorter than black locust. The distributes of the vessel and quantity of the fiber of the black locust is larger than the xylem. The distributes of the ray in the xylem are more than the black locust. Getting a conclusion： The structural evolutionary approach is black locust reticulate cultured black locust indicating that black locust is more evolutionary.
