摘要
通过对金银忍冬和长白忍冬茎的木质部的比较研究,观察两种植物导管数量分布及切面形状,测量了两种植物管胞直径大小,并进行比较;研究发现,同一视野范围内长白忍冬导管数量要多于金银忍冬,但金银忍冬分布较为均匀;射线都为单列射线,导管分布于射线之间,金银忍冬射线较为明显;两种植物的茎材横切面导管均为单孔的,生长轮不明显;长白忍冬管胞切面形状更接近于圆形,经测量统计发现长白忍冬管胞平均直径大于金银忍冬,说明长白忍冬输水能力较强.
Through to the gold and silver honeysuckle and long white stem xylem of the bush,observe the two plants quantity distribution and section shape catheter,and the measurement of the two kinds of plant cell tube diameter size,and comparison,Research found that the same vision scope than white honeysuckle catheter number gold and silver honeysuckle,but bush more uniform distribution of silver and gold; Ray is a single ray, catheter distributed in between the rays,gold and silver ray honeysuckle is obvious; Two kinds of plant stem material are the transverse catheter one-by-one,growth wheel is not obvious,Long white honeysuckle tracheids shape cut more close to circle,the measurement statistics found that white honeysuckle tracheids average diameter and the silver and the gold honeysuckle that bush white water skills.
