摘要
通过组织切片和显微观察等方法,对紫丁香和暴马丁香木质部中导管数量、分布、长度、直径[1]、导管壁厚度以及木质部中纤维的比较研究,发现暴马丁香的木质部中导管直径、纤维数量和直径均大于紫丁香,但导管分布密度小于紫丁香的导管分布程度,研究结果显示,暴马丁香的木质部比紫丁香更进化一些.
Through the methods of biological slice and microscope observation, we compared the sum, distribution, length, vessel wall and fiber in Xylem between Syringa oblata and Syringa amurensis. We found that the vessel diameter, fiber numberand diameter in xylem of Syringa amurensis were bigger than that of Syringa oblata, but the density of vessell distributions in xylem of Syringa amurensis were smaller than that of Syringa oblata. The results showed that the xylem of Syringa amurensis should be more evolutionary than the xylem of Syringa oblata.
