摘要
研究辽东楤木 1年生实生苗根及不定芽的结构,发现其根进行次生生长,次生韧皮部分化较多,其内有两轮排列整齐的树脂道,次生木质部中早晚材明显,导管分子穿孔板为单穿孔板、梯状穿孔板、网状穿孔板。维管射线发达,周皮发育明显。根上发育大量的不定芽,不定芽起源于次生韧皮部细胞。
The study on the structures of the root and adventitious bud of one-year-old Aralia elate seedlings revealed that the root went on secondary growth, and more differentiation existed in secondary phloem with two circles of regular resin duets. Early wood and late wood were obvious in secondly xylem, and canal molecular perforation plate included simple perforation plate, scalar-formed perforation plate and reticulate perforation plate. The vascular ray was developed and the development of periderm was obvious. A large number of adventitious buds could be seen on the roots, and the adventitious buds originated from the secondary phloem cells.
