摘要
为了更好地开发利用桑黄资源,为工业化生产桑黄菌丝体多糖提供试验数据与理论支持。通过单因素试验研究了超声波功率、超声波处理时间以及料液比3个因素分别对多糖提取得率的影响,并通过正交试验得出桑黄菌丝体多糖提取工艺的最佳条件为:超声波功率210W、超声波处理时间60min、料液比1:50。按此工艺条件,多糖提取率可达12.78%。本研究所建立的方法条件温和、工艺简便、提取时间短,可为桑黄菌丝体多糖提取的规模生产提供参考。
The aim of this study was to exploit and utilize Phellinus igniarius, and provide experimental data and theoretical basis for industrial production of polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius myeelia. The influence of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic processing time as well as the solid-liquid ratio three factors on polysaccharide extraction yield was tested by single factor experiment. The optimal conditions for extraction process of Phellinus igniarius mycelium polysaccharides by orthogonal experiment were as follows: ultrasonic power 210 W, ultrasonic treatment time of 60 min, and the solid-liquid ratio 1:50. According to the process conditions, the extraction rate researched 12.78%. Under mild conditions established in this study, the process was simple, the extraction time was short. It could provide a reference scale production of Phellinus igniarius mycelium polysaccharide extracted.
