桑黄菌丝体液体发酵培养条件的研究 被引量:18

摘要 利用响应面分析法对影响桑黄菌丝体产量的液体发酵培养条件进行了优化。研究碳源,氮源,生长因子对桑黄菌丝体产量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken设计和响应面分析法对碳源、氮源、维生素对菌丝体产量的影响进行分析。试验结果表明,桑黄的最佳液体培养条件:玉米淀粉0.5%,酵母膏0.1%,VB1 0.1%,培养时间6d,得到桑黄菌丝体干重为18.43g/L。 Fermentation conditions for production of mycelium of Phellinus linteus were optimized with response surface methodology. Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and growth factors were studied. On the basis of single factor experiments, effects of carbon source, nitrogen source and growth factors on yield of mycelium were studied with Box-Benhnken design and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum liquid fermentation conditions were as follows: corn starch 0.5%, yeast extract 2%, VB1 0.1%, fermentation for 6d, and the production of mycelium (dry weight) ofP. linteus was 18.43g/L.
