摘要
通过单因子试验和正交试验,对桑黄液体发酵菌丝体多糖提取方法进行研究,结果表明:热水提取法提取桑黄菌丝体多糖的最适料水比为1∶50,提取温度为70℃,浸提时间为2h,乙醇终浓度为80%,多糖得率为3.48%。
The result showsed that hot water method for extracting polysaccharide from fermentive Phellinus igniarius was appropriate by using single-factor experiment and orthogonal testing. Optimal conditions were:1:50 sample:water ratio,2 h lixiviation time,70℃ lixiviation temperature, and 80% final ethanol concentration, getting 3.48% polysaccharides.
