摘要
紧密结合核行业安全生产特点和南华大学的办学优势,在核安全工程专业内分核电安全与铀矿冶安全两个人才培养方向。为实现卓越核安全工程师的培养目标,强化企业参与培养力度,实行"3+1"的人才培养模式;在充分调研的基础上分方向制定了人才培养课程体系,将工程意识、工程素质、工程实践能力、企业管理及工程项目管理知识的相关课程纳入培养方案中,对课程体系和教学内容进行优化。
Closely integrated nuclear industry safety production characteristics and educational advantages of University of South China, points the direction of the two safety of nuclear power and uranium mining and security personnel training in nuclear safety engineering. To achieve the goal of excellence nuclear safety engineer training, and strengthen enterprises to participate in efforts to train, the implementation of the ＂3 ＋1＂ training model; points the direction to develop the system of personnel training courses on the basis of the full research, engineering awareness, engineering, quality, engineering practical ability, knowledge of corporate management and project management related courses included in the training program, to optimize the curriculum system and teaching content.
