摘要
笔者从现代企业对安全工程人才需求原因入手,表明安全工程人才对企业发展的重要性。针对现代企业安全管理人才的现状和特点,从其主要工作内容和性质入手,提出了现代企业安全工程人才所要掌握的5项基本能力,突出了综合素质对安全工程管理工作的重要,强调校企合作对安全工程人才培养的意义,不但为我国高等安全专业人才的培养目标提供了参考方向,同时对现代企业在安全人才选择和实践训练方面具有借鉴价值。
According to author＇s working experience in large enterprise and teaching practice in college, the importance of safety engineering specialists for modem enterprises＇development is manifested based on the demand analysis of modem enterprises for safety engineering specialists. In the light of safety management specialists＂ current features in modem enterprises and the field and nature of their work, five basic capacities needed to be possessed by them are presented, particularly, the importance of comprehensive quality is stressed for safety engineering management. At the same time, emphasis is also put on the significance of cooperation between enterprises and colleges in the cultivation of safety engineering specialists, which not only provides reference direction for the cultivation of safety engineering specialists in colleges, but also is of referential value for modem enterprises to choose and train safety engineering personnel.
