摘要
依据2008—2012年对医院实习生岗前培训的实际经验,提出明确实习生岗前培训目标、满足实习生初入临床的安全需求、重视医德医风和医疗安全教育、倡导激励与医院文化教育等做法,有利于提高临床实习效果和实习生满意度。
Combing with the training experiences, the authors proposed some measures to improve the effects and satisfaction degree of the training of clinical trainees as following： To declare the targets of pre -job training, satisfy their security demands to carry out the clinic work, emphasize the occupational morality and the medical safety education, develop incentive mechanism and hospital culture.
