摘要
依据2008—2012年对医院实习生岗前培训的实际经验,提出明确实习生岗前培训目标、满足实习生初入临床的安全需求、重视医德医风和医疗安全教育、倡导激励与医院文化教育等做法,有利于提高临床实习效果和实习生满意度。
Combing with the training experiences, the authors proposed some measures to improve the effects and satisfaction degree of the training of clinical trainees as following: To declare the targets of pre -job training, satisfy their security demands to carry out the clinic work, emphasize the occupational morality and the medical safety education, develop incentive mechanism and hospital culture.
