摘要
目的对内科实习生进行不同频度的临床技能培训,探讨优化内科实习生临床技能的培训方案。方法收集2010年6月-2011年5月共38名新进暨南大学第一临床医学院的临床医学实习生,随机分为三组先后进入内科实习,分别进行不同学时的集中培训。结果各组实习生的理论、穿刺操作、体格检查及完整病历书写的成绩在培训后均有所提高(P<0.05)。其中,进行10学时的理论培训及12学时的完整病历书写培训可更显著提高成绩(P<0.05),培训学时的不同对穿刺操作与体格检查的成绩没有影响(P>0.05)。结论实习生在内科实习期间进行临床技能培训可有效提高临床技能水平,而通过科学制定培训学时,可以优化技能培训方案,取得省时高效的效果。
Objective To study the effects of different training methods for improving internal medicine interns' clinical skills in order to explore an optimal training program. Methods We recruited 38 new clinical interns in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2011, who were randomly divided into three groups. Group One received 96 hours of intensive training program, while Group Two 80 hours and Group Three 64 hours. Results The results of theory examination, puncture operation, physical ex- amination and complete medical record writing were improved in each group after training (P^0.05). Training of 10-hour theoretical knowledge and 12-hour complete medical record writing resulted in the highest score improvement (P〈0. 05). However, there was no difference in the results of puncture operation and physical examination between different training hours (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The in- tensive training can effectively improve the clinical skills of medical interns. Scientific setting schedule of training hours can optimize the program and achieve the best effect efficiently.
