清热解毒中药对心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究清热解毒中药对心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤影响的药效学,探讨其治疗冠心病心肌缺血的作用机制。方法:复制心肌细胞缺氧复氧损伤模型,以LDH、MDA、SOD、TNF-α、IL-6、NO、NOS为观测指标,以地尔硫卓为平行对照,观察清热解毒中药干预冠心病心肌缺血的作用机制。结果:清热解毒中药能降低缺氧复氧损伤心肌细胞培养液中LDH活力和MDA含量,升高SOD活力(P<0.01或P<0.05);能降低缺氧复氧损伤心肌细胞培养液中TNF-α、IL-6、NO和NOS(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒中药抗冠心病心肌缺血作用机制是通过抑制炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6的表达,并提高过氧化物歧化酶SOD活力,减少氧自由基的产生和MDA的形成,抗脂质过氧化损伤,保护缺血心肌。 Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of antipyretic - detoxicate traditianal TCM of interference on hypoxia - reoxygenation injury in myocardial cell, and explore the mechanism of drugs in treatment of myocardial ischemia. Method: The LDH MDA, SOD, TNF -α, IL - 6, NO, NOS were detected in the rat models of acute myocardial ischemic injury, and the dihiazem was parallel contrast. Result: The level of SOD were significantly increased, and the levels of MDA and LDH were significantly decreased in the culture solution by the antipyretic - detoxicate TCM ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The levels of TNF -α, IL - 6 , NO and NOS in the culture solution were significantly decreased by the antipyretic -detoxicate TCM (P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion: The mech- anism of action of the antipyretic - detoxicate traditional Chinese medicine on myocardial ischemia is that the delivery of TNF - α and IL - 6 in the blood serum was restrained and the action of vascular endothelium was improved to restrain the inflammatory reaction on myocardial ischemia.
