不同时期艾灸对CTX化疗大鼠脂质过氧化损伤影响的实验研究

摘要 CTA can cause lipo-hyperoxic damage by reducing the activity of antioxydase of Rat. CAT in liver, SOD activity in brain, T-AOC in liver and blood are higher in control group than experimental group(P< 0.01 ), but MDA in blood and brain are lower in control group than experimental group(P < 0.01 ). It is said moxibustion has good result in anti-oxydizing, whose efficacy is closely related with therapeutic phase. In our research, the prophylactic and early-curative effect is better than that of latertreatment. So we can conclude that we’d better use moxibustion in chemotherapeutic treatment as soonas CTA can cause lipo-hyperoxic damage by reducing the activity of antioxydase of Rat.
