摘要
文中全面试验研究杜仲果实中杜仲胶的提取方法,经过反复试验比较 由溶解度参数选择合适的溶剂抽提,然后冷冻,改变溶剂溶解度参数,利用温度差使其发生相分离,快速析出,得出了一种低消耗、简便、出胶率高、纯度高的杜仲胶提取新方法,即综合法 利用综合法提取杜仲胶的得率高达15 35%,胶纯度为83 58%
The extraction methods of eucommia rubber was studied and tested completely by trial and error and extraction comparatively from eucommla seed in this paper. According to solubility parameter, appropriate solvent was selected in extraction. And then, solubility parameter of solvent was changed by freeze-up. Eucommia rubber was separated out quickly from solution in different temperatre. A new extraction method of eucommia rubber was put forward in low consumption, simple, high extraction rate and pure rubber colligation extraction. Eucommia rubber extraction rate was 15.35% from Eucommia seed, glue pureage was 83.58%.
