摘要
在对比分析和总结欧洲学校教师专业发展相关培训活动的基础上,以Williams分类标准为指导,可以分析出在线学习环境下教师的角色和能力主要体现在规划和设计、教学交往、教学引导等方面。因此,在实施相应的培训项目时,应注意以下几点:教师要主动转变观念,努力提高自身的信息素养;建立良好的师生关系,有效促使角色转换;积极创设基于培训项目的真实环境,进行角色学习和训练;采用灵活多样的形式,提高培训的质量和效果。
After analyzing and summarizing the training activities related to the teachers' professional development of European universities, based on the classification criteria of William' s model, it can be found that the roles and competencies of teachers are mainly reflected in the planning and design, teaching interaction, teaching guidance, etc. In implementing the corresponding training programs we should pay attention to the following points: teachers should actively change their ideas and try to improve their own information quality; a good teacher-student relationship should be built to facilitate the role transformation effectively; a real environment based on training programs should be created to carry out the role learning and exercise; flexible and various forms should be taken to improve the quality and effect of training.
