摘要
目的 :评价全自动血培养系统 Bac T/ Alert12 0的临床应用情况。方法 :回顾性分析 Bac T/ Alert 12 0全自动血培养系统检测 730例需氧血培养的阳性率 ,阳性检出时间 ,细菌种类以及假阳性、假阴性率。结果 :730例需氧血培养分离到 84株细菌 ,阳性率 11.5 % ,最快阳性检出时间 2小时 ,2 4小时内检出的阳性占 6 6 .7% ,48小时内检出的阳性占 86 .9% ,72小时内检出的阳性占 97.6 %。 84株细菌分布于 2 8个种属 ,假阳性率 2 .2 % ,未发现假阴性。结论 :应用 Bac T/ Alert 12 0全自动血培养系统提高了血培养的阳性率 ,缩短了培养时间 ,检出细菌种类多 ,减少污染机会 ,结果快速。
Objective:To evaluate an automated blood culture system (BacT/Alert120).Methods:A total of 730 blood samples were detected by BacT/Alert 120 automated blood culture system with standard aerobic vials.Positive detection tate,time to positivity,the type of microorganisms recovered,false positive rate,false negative rate were analyzed retrospectively.Results:84 strains were isolated,positive rates were 11 5%,the shortest time to positivity was 2 h,the cumulative positive rates were 66 7% within 24 h,86 9% within 48 h,and 97 6% within 72 h.There were 28 types of microorganisms recovered.False positive rate was 2 2%,false negative was not detected.Conclusion:The positive detection rate has been raised,the detection time reduced,the types of microorganisms increased and the chance of contamination decreased by using BacT/Alert 120 automated blood culture system.
