摘要
目的分析全自动血培养仪BacT/Alert240临床应用中存在的假阴性原因,找出解决的办法,提高全自动血培养阳性率。方法用BacT/Alert240全自动血培养仪对不同浓度及不同孵育时间的革兰阴性杆菌进行检测。结果BacT/Alert240全自动血培养仪对于非发酵菌的检测存在假阴性,35℃预孵时间和血培养中的细菌浓度对于非发酵菌的检测也有影响。结论BacT/Alert240全自动血培养仪虽大大提高了血培养的阳性率,但对于非发酵菌的检测并不理想。我们认为实验室前质控是一个重要因素,BacT/Alert240全自动血培养仪对于非发酵菌的检测有待改进。
Objective To analyse the false negative cases in clinical application of Bact/Alert240automated blood culture system and improve positive rate of blood culture.Methods Gram-negative bacilli for various concen-tration and pre-incubation time were detected by Bact/Alert240automated blood culture system.Results False negative cases were found in the detection of non-fermentative bacteria using Bact/Alert240automated blood cul -ture system.Pre-incubation time in35℃and bacterial concentration affected the detection of non-fermentative bac-teria.Conclusion Though Bact/Alert240automated blood culture system greatly improves positive rate of blood culture,it is not an ideal system for the detection of non-fermentative bacteria.So pre-quality control is essential.Bact/Alert240automated blood culture system is to be improved for the detection of nonfermentative bacteria.
