摘要 目的:评价全自动血培养系统(BacT/Alert240)的临床应用情况。方法:回顾性分析了用BacT/Alert240全自动血培养系统检测6950份血标本,对检出阳性的时间、细菌种类和阳性率进行了评估分析。结果:6950份血标本中分离出28属,56种,共1098株病原微生物,阳性率为15.8%,其中革兰阳性细菌占65.8%,革兰阴性细菌占27.7%,真菌占6.5%。最快阳性检出时间为2h,24h内检出的阳性数占63.2%,48h检出的阳性数占84.7%,72h检出的阳性数占95.8%。假阳性率为1.1%,假阴性率为0.2%。结论:应用BacT/Alert240全自动血培养系统提高了血培养的阳性率,缩短了阳性检出时间,检出细菌种类多,尤其是营养条件高的苛养菌阳性率增加,而且操作简便,结果快速、准确。 Objective To evaluatethe clinical application of BacT/Alert 240 automated blood culture system. Methods A total of 6 950 blood samples were detected by BacT/Alert 240 automated blood culture system. Positive rate, time to positive, the types of microorganisms recovered were analyzed retrospectively. Results 1 098 stratus were isolated from 6 950 blood samples,28 genera and 56 species were obtained. Positive rate was 15.8%. Gram-positive micrOorganisms accounted for 65.8% of the positive blood culture results,Gram-negative micrOorganisms accounted for 27. 7% and fungi for 6. 5%. The shortest time to posie was 2 h. The cumulative positive rate was 63.2% within 24 h,84.7% within 48 h and 95.8% within 72 h. False positive rate was 1.1 %, and false negatwe rate was 0.2 %. Conclusion The positive detection rate has been raised, the detection time to positive reduced, the type of micrOorganisms increased including fastidous bacteria by using BacT/Alert 240 automated blood culture system.
