摘要
基于国内高校实施教授委会员制度的现状,分析当前国内外高校的教授委员会在权限范围、权力运作、组织架构、决策权力上存在的不足之处。在总结现行教授委员会制度利与弊的基础上,从马克思主义实践论的角度出发,提出了主体、客体、中介三维一体的教授治学途径,并采用介质理论塑造和优化教授委员会制度。
This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the system of professor committee at home and abroad,such as jurisdiction,power operation,organization structure and decision-making.Based on a review on the merits and demerits existing in the current professor committee system,the author puts forward an approach to realizing professors' academic governance in terms of Marxist Practice Theory,which integrates subject,object and medium.At last the paper recommends medium theory be adopted to build and optimize the system of professor committee.
