摘要
教授委员会作为实现"教授治学"的平台,是对学术权力的回归。构建我国大学院系级教授委员会具有重要的现实意义,它有助于构建富有中国特色的现代大学制度,克服高等教育行政化现象,保障大学教学、科研活动顺利进行,也是实现内部管理体制改革的突破口。要使院系级教授委员会健康、高效运行,既需要政府和高校规范与完善相关规章制度,切实支持、保障学术权力,也需要院系确立科学的管理理念、加强教授队伍建设,从而有效发挥教授委员会的职能作用。
As a platform of implementing＂professors＇academic governance＂,the Professor Committee is the return of academic power.To construct the college professor committee in the universities in China has an important practical significance,for it helps to build a modern Chinese university system,to lessen the administration power in higher education,to guarantee the smooth teaching and scientific research activities.It is also a good breach for reforming universities＇internal management system.The construction of the College Professor Committee requires both the government and universities to improve the relevant policies and regulations,so as to protect and support the academic power.In the meantime,the colleges are required to establish the scientific management philosophy,and to strengthen the professor team,thus the Professor Committee can work effectively.
