摘要
目的 测定芦荟乙醇提取液在脱苦前后总蒽醌含量的变化情况。方法 通过分光光度法 比色法测定几种脱苦脱涩试剂在使用前后对总蒽醌类物质含量的影响。结果 芦荟乙醇提取液在脱苦前后总蒽醌含量有一定的变化。结论 脱苦后每2 0mL芦荟乙醇提取液中总蒽醌含量以 1,8 二羟基蒽醌计约为 0 .0 49mg。
OBJECTIVE To test changes in the content of the total anthraquinone in the alcohol extractive of aloe before and after debittering. METHOD Spectrophotometer chromatometry was applied to several debittering and deastrigent reagents to test their effects on the total contents of anthraquinone substances. RESULT Some changes in the total content of anthraquinone took place in the alcohol extractive of aloe after debittering. CONCLUSION After debittering, every 20 mL of the alcohol extractive of aloe includes about 0.049 mg anthraquinone represented by 1,8 dihydroxy anthraquinone.
