摘要
目的建立决明子中蒽醌类成分的含量测定方法。方法采用聚酰胺吸附纯化样品，醋酸镁显色，紫外分光光度法测定。结果在4．6～18．4μg／ml浓度范围内对照品1,8-二羟基蒽醌的吸收度与浓度线性关系良好，相关系数r=0.9998。平均回收率为101.0％，RSD=2．48％（n=9）。结论该法快速，灵敏，重现性好，能准确测定决明子中蒽醌类成分的含量。
Objective To estabish a method for the determination of the content of anthraquinones in Semen Cassiae. Methods Sample was purified by polyamide, colored with magnesium acetate and it＇s content was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The absorbency and concentration of 1,8 - dihydroxy anthraquinone have good linearity in the range of 4.6-18.4 μg/ml（r = 0.999 8）. The average recovery was 101.0%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, reliable, reproducible and can be applied to determine anthraquinones in Semen Cassiae accurately. .
