摘要
论述了提高钻井速度的意义和方法。按照冲击力的方向可把液动冲击器分为轴向冲击器和扭力冲击器,介绍了该技术的研究进展。指出扭力冲击器是提高深部硬地层钻井速度的有效工具,具有广泛的应用前景。针对现场出现的问题,提出应开展对扭力冲击钻井配套PDC钻头的研究、加强对扭力冲击工具内表面处理的研究、开展扭力冲击钻井破岩机理的研究。
The significance and methods of improving drilling rate are discussed. Several kinds of hydraulic impactors and the latest research progress are introduced in the paper. Depending on thedirection of the impact force, the hydraulic impactors can be divided into categories, which are axi- al impactor and torsion impactor. According to the introduction of working principle and field ap- plications, it proves that drilling rate in deep hard formations will be increased effectively when torsion impactors used. This technology has broad prospects. At the same time, the research direc- tion is proposed,considering the problems in the field application:carrying out the study of PDC bit accessories to torque impact drilling,enhancing the research on the inner surface treatment of the torsion impact tools ,and carrying out the study on mechanism of crushing rock.
