摘要
在我国钻井大提速的背景下,提出了一种集机械剪切、水力和扭转冲击3种破岩方式共同作用的复合钻井工艺新技术及装备。旋转钻井过程中,在不影响钻进的情况下,扭冲工具利用钻井液驱动内部冲击锤做反复的扭转冲击,将部分流体能量转换成一定频率、周向扭转、冲击型的井底机械破岩能量,并直接传递给钻头。5口井的现场试验结果表明,扭转冲击复合钻井技术与装备适合我国的钻井技术环境,能够有效消除PDC钻头的卡滑现象,减轻钻柱扭转振荡,能够有效保护钻头和钻具等配套部件,有效降低钻井成本。
At present it is a general trend to speed up drilling in China. Therefore, a kind of new combined drilling technologyand equipment was described in the paper. It adopts theinteraction of three rock-breaking methods, includingmechanical shear, water power and torsional impact. The internal impact rammer to conduct reciprocating torsionalimpact in the process of rotary drilling, which does not affectdrilling. This method can convert part of the fluid energy to theimpacting downhole mechanical rock-breaking energy with acertain frequency and circumferential torsion which is directlytransmitted to the drill bit. The field experiment in 5 wellsshows that the drilling technology and equipment is suitable forthe drilling technological environment in China. It caneffectively eliminate the stick-slip phenomenon with PDC bitand reduce the torsional vibration of drill string. It can alsoeffectively protect such supporting parts as drill bit and drillingtool, and reduce the drilling costs.
