摘要
随着油田稳产需求的增加,辽河油区内,近年开展施工的三段制及五段制定向井的比例日益增加,随着施工设计的不断调整,在该类定向井的实施过程中,受井眼曲率大、造斜段长、裸眼段长等综合因素的影响,导致造斜井段滑动钻进时摩阻扭矩增加,定向托压,可能导致钻具发生屈曲,当发生屈曲时会影响定向钻进的效率和严重时影响钻具使用寿命,个别情况钻具锁死,导致井下事故,严重制约了钻速和钻井周期。
As the increasing demand for stable yield, the proportion of three-stage and five-stage directional wells in Liaohe oilfield is increasing in recent years. With the constant adjustment of well plan, it is affected by the comprehensive factors such as large borehole curvature, long deviated section and long open hole section, which leads to drilling string buckling in the directional drilling operation. When buckling occurs, the efficiency of directional drilling will be affected and the service life of drilling tools will be seriously affected. In some cases, the drilling tools will be locked up, leading to downhole accidents and seriously restricting the drilling rate and drilling time.
