水力脉冲诱发井下振动钻井工具研究 被引量:48

摘要 为有效提高深部地层钻井速度,充分发挥水力脉冲钻井和冲击振动钻井的技术优势,提出了水力脉冲诱发井下振动钻井的技术思想,并研制了相关的钻井工具。该类钻具的基本原理是调制水力脉冲,通过水力能量转换机构,将压力脉动直接转化为作用于钻头上的周期性冲击载荷,利用岩石在冲击载荷作用下易于破碎的特点、井底的水力脉动有助于改善井底岩石应力状态、强化岩屑净化的特性,提高了钻头的破岩钻进效率。实际应用结果表明,所提出的技术思想确实可行,研制出的工具原理正确,结构可靠,为提高深部地层的钻探效率提供了一个有效途径,可大面积的推广应用。 To effectively improve the drilling speed in deep formation,based on thorough analysis of present technologies and combining present practice of drilling engineering,the superiority of integrating hydropulse drilling with impulse vibration drilling was presented,and the technical idea of developing downhole vibration drilling induced by hydropulse was brought forward.Meanwhile,related drilling tools were developed.The fundamental principle for the tools was to modulate hydropulse,then directly translated stress pulse into periodic impulse load on drilling bit by hydraulic energy transducer.In light of rock's easy breaking under impulse load,the combination with hydropulse delivered downhole could contribute to better downhole rock stress state,intensify cutting clean-up,and improve the rock disintegration and drilling efficiency of drilling bit.Practical application manifests that the analysis of available technology is accurate,the presented technical idea is really feasible,the developed tools has correct philosophy and reliable structure,which totally offer an effective pathway for drilling efficiency improvement in deep formation.
