摘要 对超声电机快速反应装置进行了控制时序分析和电机驱动电路设计。在该装置中黑、白球连续落下 ,由光电检测装置快速感受黑、白球信号 ,并经驱动电路使超声电机快速动作 ,以便分检出黑、白球。该装置对超声电机的性能展示及其应用具有重要的意义。 In order to exhibit the quick response capacity of an ultrasonic motor,a quick response unit composed of the motor is designed for seperating the black balls from the white,stored in a container.The control binary sequence of the electric circuit of the unit is analyzed.In the unit,as the balls fall along a tube one after another in random order of their colours,and pass by a photoelectric detector,it generates a low level signal for the black one and a high level for the white to drive the motor in forward and reverse rotation respectively,leading them into two separated receiving containers,one,for the black balls and the other for the white,so as to pick out the black ones from the white.The work in the paper shows clearly the high performance of the motor in quick response,controllability,self lock,etc.,and opens up the possibility of the application of the unit to the identification and classification of some products.
