摘要
近几十年来，世界上许多国家对压电超声马达进行了大量的研究。我国自８０年代以来也进行了一些压电超声马达的理论探索和研制的实践工作。本文根据近十几年来国内的有关文献资料，综述了压电超声马达在国内的发展情况，列举了行波型压电超声马达、驻波型压电超声马达、微动压电马达等典型例子，并指出了今后的研究方向。
Piezoelectric ultrasonic motors have been studied in many countries during the past.In China much theoretical and practical work on the motors has been done since the 1980s.This paper summarizes the work in China according to relevant literature published in the last decade.It cites the travelling wave type piezoeletric ultrasonic motors,the standing wave type piezoeletric ultrasonic motors and piezoelectric inchworn motors,etc.and points the direction of further study.
