摘要
压电行波超声马达是一种由高科技发展起来的全新概念的产品,它利用压电陶瓷的逆压电效应和超声振动,将定子的微观变形通过共振放大和界面摩擦,转换成转子的宏观运动。由于超声马达具有容性负载特性、驱动频率高等特点,因此对驱动控制装置的设计提出了更高的要求。本文首先简略介绍了旋转型超声马达的传动机理,重点论述了作者所研制成功的旋转型压电行波超声马达的二相谐振高频逆变器的设计原理和速度调节及其稳定性控制的方法。
A piezoelectric traveling wave ultrasonic motor is a product of a completely new comcept based on high technology.The ultrasonic motor,which converts microscopic deformation of its stator into macroscopic motion of its rotor through resonant amplitude and interface friction,uses piezoelectric effect and ultrasonic vibration for obtaining a driving force.Because the ultrasonic motor possesses the properties of capacitive reactancel and high driving frequency,the design of its driving and control devices should meet strict requirements.This paper introduces the transmission mechanism of the motor first,and then throws the emphasis upon exprounding the methods of design of two phase high frequency resonant inverter,speed adjustment,and stability control developed by the authors. The key diagrams as well as measured electric waves of its driving and control are alos given.
