摘要
根据食品行业岗位群的发展需要,结合高职院校培养技能型人才的实际要求,我们针对食品营养与检测专业的特点,构建了政校企合作"两平台三结合"教学做一体化的人才培养模式。
Based on the developmental needs of food industry jobs, combining with the practical requirements of vo- cational colleges training, according to the characteristics of skilled personnel of Food Nutrition and Detection pro- fessional, we build the training model of “ two platforms three combinations ”of school - enterprise cooperation.
