摘要
食品科学与工程专业是一门应用型本科专业,而校企合作则是高等院校实现应用型人才培养的重要途径。文章旨在通过介绍国内本科院校食品科学与工程专业已经形成的几种典型的校企合作模式,并加以分析,为新建本科院校食品科学与工程专业实施卓越工程师教育培养计划提供借鉴。
Food science and engineering specialty was an applied undergraduate,and cooperation between college and enterprise was an important way to produce applicative talents for colleges and universities. Several typical cooperative patterns between college and enterprise of food science and engineering in domestic university were mainly discussed to provide scientific reference for implementing the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers of food science and engineering specialties in newly-established universities.
