摘要
青年科技骨干是未来农业科研机构发展的人才核心和砥柱。文章阐述了培养青年科技骨干的重要性和必要性,指出了青年科技骨干需具备的条件,并提出了注重对青年科技骨干树立正确的人生观和价值观的培养、不断增强青年科技骨干服务"三农"的能力、打造"招牌"文化等培养方式,以期促进青年科技骨干快速成长、成才。
The mainstay young science and technology talents are core personnel and key strength of future development of agricultural research institution. Importance and necessities of training mainstay young science and technology talents were discussed in the paper. Quality of mainstay young science and technology talents needed was pointed out. It was suggested that mainstay young science and technology talents must pay attention to the training of correct viewpoint about life and value, ability of mainstay young science and technology talents for serving agriculture and farmer and countryside should be increased continuously, famous trademark culture should be created, etc. By these means, mainstay young science and technology talents can grow up rapidly.
