摘要
从现代科学的发展和高校科研工作现状入手,对高校科研团队建设的必要性进行了阐述,并从观念、制度、机制层面提出了加强高校科研团队建设的若干设想和建议。
The necessity of the construction of creative academic team is addressed in this paper, via probing into the development of modern science and research actuality in the higher learning institutions. Some strategic thinking and suggestions are put forwarded for strengthen creative team construction and development based on notion, management system and mechanism.
