摘要
在党的基层组织和广大党员中深入开展创先争优活动,促进社会和谐、密切党群关系是新形势下加强党的先进性建设和提高党的执政能力建设、夯实党的执政根基的有力抓手和有效载体,是进一步加强党的自身建设的重要举措。从我党走过的近90年历程来看,党的先锋队性质没有变,创先争优是中国共产党的本质特征和不懈追求,党通过对自身建设的不断探索,提出要全面推进党的建设这一新的伟大工程,而加强理论武装,推动科学发展有必要搭建党校平台。
